This bank is absolute joke! I came to bank withraw money - the result they cant do it before 11.30, i came back they cant do it after 15.00âŠ. Then I came in right time - they cant give me 6k because is too much! Ok, I went abroad, I cant use app nor website, still errors, they line is never answered. As soon I am back I will share this to radio stations and someone really should look into this⊠Closing account because staff is completele incompetent, app is not working, how you do bussiness with such a bank! Revolut is the key! They have business account too!

PTSB App and website down again this morning 23 Apr 2025. Down all day yesterday Tue 22 Apr 2025 and was available after 5pm. No outage reported on the Web - This is after the same happened on Thu 17th April 2025 just before the Easter weekend.

I put in right pin and said error then it's says for security reasons I'm logged out because I didn't log out in 5 mins or logged in the account on a different device which I havent and I haven't even got into it to not have logged out in 5 mins anyone else experiencing this or is it Down very worried if it's hacked ???? co clare

I havenât been able to access the PTSB Open24 app from either my iPhone or any web browser at all on Good Friday, Saturday, Easter Sunday, or today Monday the 21st of April 2025. When I phone, I only get a computer that tells me my balance and recent transactions. No Human Beings are available to speak with me âŠeven if I try to report my PTSB card stolen! Terrible service!
