Kilkenny R95AX03 I cannot get my wages, pay bills. If I miss paying I will be penalised. It is a bank holiday weekend. This is not good enough. We should be compensated when we get back online.

Dublin-app is down, load of bollox, cant process any payments or purchases, definitely should switch banks soon as im fed up of them not caring about their customers

This is the third day in a row that i cant access the website. The app appears to be working today but I need to access the website. And according to PTSB the problem is fixed!

No access to app all day, all day. Needed to transfer money and make a purchase online. Lost out as a result. Very unhappy. 5:45pm now and still no access. If it's back tomorrow, it'll be Tuesday before any transaction will be processed, due to Easter weekend hours.

Can't access app and can't make online purchases as can't authorise them. PTSB online is a non feature.

Ptsb app freezing when opening... Presuming the maintenance actions at 5.30am must have caused a new issue... Can anyone confirm they are having similar no access to app?

Dublin - PTSB were conducting scheduled maintenance up to 05:30 am today. Presuming something has gone wrong. Neither App nor Open24 are accessible at the moment.
