I have been in IT as a developer for nearly 40 years and I have never known critical customer systems to go down so frequently or require upgrading during peek customer times. I seriously think these companies need to look at how they deliver these services. It looks amateur. I can't tell you how little I do on the app, but when I do I would say 2-3 out of 10 times there is an upgrade or an issue. That's poor.

Again app error 10102! They will advise me to reinstall app and register phone again! What a nuisance!! Even their website isn't opening for me!

Connection error. Reinstall the app. No gives two options: 1- Logout, 2- Register a new device. Unable to open on the same old device.

Once again can not login to their app. It's becoming farcical at this stage and as a long term customer it's unacceptable to put people through this. Need to be sued.

App not working since Friday through the whole weekend. Only started working when I reinstalled the app and went through VPN. With VPN off it still doesn't work. Very worrying...

Regular problems accessing PTSB app. Again just now (12.02 on Thursday 9 May 2025) I cannot get into it. Error Code: - 1001 Try Again - tried several times but get whirling circle followed by error code.

Dublin - I have been trying to log into the Online Banking on the PTSB website all last week and tried again today, no luck. I have cleared all my cache, date, cookies, history and restarted by laptop (which Customer Service told me to do) and still can't get in! Its so frustrating.
