Paul , Donegal. Mobile data gone since around 1am last night. Tried to top up 3 times last night but it did not go through. Still down today.

I topped up €20 on Friday so ofc I'm meant to have unlimited data and phone calls to all three networks however ever since last night it was completely cut off it says no network so I can only use my home WiFi but if I am using my own three WiFi it I get a notification saying I have no data or I'm out of data when really I already topped up.. I'm just glad I'm not the only three customer who's facing this problem.. Ofc turning phone on and off doesn't fix the problem let alone refreshing the homepage browser apps I guess all I have to do is wait and try and be patient. I'm in Co galway

Bray, co. Wicklow. Credit vanished straight after midnight while I was asleep, I had no choice but to top up again, the network doesn't say up until when the plan is active which is shady. Husband had €70 credits worth, all gone and no answers.
