Dundalk A91V8X5 Same here. Got a text from Three to say my balance was low. Checked and there was no balance and unable to top up on their site despite using various browers, and the app and trying to use different payment methods.

West Cork All my credit (âŹ139)wiped out, although top up went out on 6th March. Customer service on a loop since 08:00. "Waiting for agent" "Connected to Agent" then back to "Waiting..." This is appalling service and I know that I have not spent my credit balance on Data.
