Thursday night and still can't make a call since Sunday. Telling me my balance is low..And I know it is not low..lStrange thing is I have call credit for Internet. Got through to Three on Tues...Told to turn off my phone for 10 mins and they would fix at their end..No such luck !.I am wondering would COM REG help me ?..

I lost over €120 credit in last weekends outage. 3 says the issue has been resolved. The issue has not been resolved because I have not been reimbursed for lost credit. Zero acknowledgement from 3 as far as I'm concerned. When I expect my credit balance to returned to my account.

Problems with my phone network it's telling me I have no credit and I can't make calls, surely by the time it's sorted you can add the days it was down , on to everyone that has been affected on the ready to go plan as my phone is practically useless Kind regards Colin
