I topped up €20 two days ago and I was told it will last for 28 days but I now have no Internet connection and suddenly no data like what the others have said with switching off phone or refreshing the Internet browser this doesn't fix the problem. I'm in Galway also. Please keep us updated on what is going on with three ireland

I also lost e23 in credit just wiped out just like that after I got the message that my plan had expired even though I should have 2 weeks left on my plan
