It's now 11th march and I still have no internet since 24th January and they have no new updates every time I call! Its a disgrace .

No broadband since the morning of the storm and every time I call I am told they don't know when it will be back on. On my 17th day now, I work from home so this is far from ideal. Disappointing as sky don't even have an estimated return time.

No Internet since the morning of the day of thr Storm Friday two weeks ago this Friday,it's unbelievable that it hasn't been resolved in such a long time with all the modern technology that Sky is using,I'm living in Athlone so I guess it Depends on where you are lucky enough to live as to when Sky will fix your Internet if the havnt already,I will be making other arrangements so I don't ever have the same problem again that's for sure

I have been speaking to Sky every day since Sunday. There is a major outage affecting 700 customers in co. Galway, Longford and Sligo and they have no ETA as to when it will be back up and running. N39X242 Keenagh, co. Longford

Our internet was down all day yesterday Thursday and is still down now Friday, Postcode R93 E5D9 Anneville Shrule Carlow. Please advise what is happening

From Siro twitter account (I will never call it X!!!) There is an outage on the SIRO network in Kildare, due to accidental damage caused by a 3rd party. Several broadband retailers and their customers are impacted. We are working to fix it as soon as possible and will provide an update shortly. We apologise for this inconvenience. So someone made a big boo boo probably digging up somewhere and it probably had a knock on effect down the line.
