RuralWiFi service is down since 8pm yesterday evening, got one email this morning saying they will ring me when it’s fixed. Emailed twice since, they’re not answering phones or emails now or text.

All day without internet since Wednesday. 24 telephone calls, one answered, this resulted in 2 call backs … but still no internet since Wednesday. No point in emailing them .. they don’t even acknowledge. Facing into a weekend now without internet since Wednesday… TV.
